Mail Order Purchases

 

If you prefer to place your order by mail, we welcome

money orders and checks.  Please note that we must

wait for checks to clear before shipping your product.

2.	The "Ship To" name and mailing address, if different than yours.

5.	A description of item (s) you are ordering.
6.	Shipping and handling charges.
7.	Add 8% sales tax on Louisiana orders.

Due to the increased USPS rates, we regret that we have had to increase our shipping fees to meet those of the Postal Department.

Customer Guarantee

 

Your order is placed using our secure server to protect

your personal information. Please allow 6-10 days for

delivery of your order. In-stock items ship within 48

hours. Allow two weeks for items not in stock. If an

item is unavailable we will alert you by e-mail.

Your credit card will be billed only after your order has

been shipped.

If you need to return your order for any reason you

can do so within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy

 

You may return your purchase for a refund within 15

days of the delivery date.  Please email us at

orders@kissedbydogs.com stating the reason for

the return and we will provide you with a return

authorization number and the address for returns.

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to order a different product, you will

need to place a new order through our website.

Please return your purchase in its original condition

and packaging, if possible, and most importantly,

please include your name, address and authorization

number in the package so that you can receive proper

credit for the returned item. You may want to insure

your return.  We can not be responsible for lost or

misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will

be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Please note that your credit card company may take

one to two billing cycles to show the credit on your

account.
